Talk Money Week – How you as an employer can help staff with financial wellbeing

According to the Money and Pensions Service, 9 out of 10 UK adults still don’t find it easy to talk about money, or don’t even discuss it at all*.

As we celebrate Talk Money Week and look at how the pandemic has affected our financial wellbeing, we are looking at the obstacles that stop you talking about money. Running from 8-12 November, Talk Money Week encourages all firms to talk to their clients, contacts and employees, about simple steps they can take to feel more in control of their financial wellbeing. We will be featuring blogs to help you this week and next, so keep checking the website for top tips that may help.

The first event we are running as part of Talk Money Week is with a local employer. We provide free and confidential appointments for their employees to talk to us. This can be about any financial concerns relating to pensions, investments, savings or inheritance tax planning. If we can help your company support employees with financial awareness, why not get in touch. You could make it part of your strategy to support financial wellbeing.
